- Slit Lamp Breath Shields
Slit lamp breath shields provide some protection from respiratory droplets when examining a patient in the slit lamp. The universal large clear plexiglass (PETG) type shield fits over the oculars of most slit lamp types, is reasonably priced, simple and efficient to use. It must be cleaned with soap & water or hydrogen peroxide (but not alternative disinfectant cleaners) after each use. These slit lamp breath shields are available for sale here.
